The dominant business advice of the last twenty years has been "focus." Pick a vertical, dominate it, exit. The advice was correct for its time, when each industry had its own infrastructure, its own talent pool, and its own customer logic.
That world is changing. Renewables operations now depend on AI-driven monitoring. Managed IT cannot be separated from cloud strategy. Creative work is shaped by the tooling that produces it. The seams between sectors are dissolving, and the firms that hold their work in one hand have an advantage that compounds rather than diminishes.

Each subsidiary serves clients in its own right. Each is led by people accountable for that subsidiary's outcomes. But the operating philosophy is shared, the infrastructure is shared where it makes sense, and the long view is the same long view.
